One of New York City's most distinguished midtown office buildings

1290 Avenue of the Americas, NY

Today 1290 Avenue of the Americas remains one of New York City's most distinguished office buildings in midtown.

This 1964 building originally designed by Emery Roth & Son, was restored in 2013 by Moed de Armas & Shannon, who beautifully preserved the tower's original elegance and enhanced its sophisticated charm.

Spanning an entire block in the center of Manhattan, the substantial building sits between 51st and 52nd street. At street level, its lustrous all-white marble-enclosed lobby leads the way to 43 stories of office space, offering breathtaking views of Central Park and New York City's skyline.

The building's reputation and history are treasured by tenants new and old.
