Trump Turnberry Named Among World’s Top 100 Golf Resorts
Trump Turnberry has once again secured its prestigious spot amongst GOLF magazine’s renowned list of the ‘Top 100 Golf Resorts in the World.’

As 2023 comes to a close, we'd like to take this time to pause and reflect on some of the amazing accomplishments and milestones our organization has achieved over the last 12 months. From garnering impressive accolades, hosting record-breaking events, growing our robust membership programs, beginning new construction projects, completing historic sales, and more, the list is expansive. While we are grateful and would like to share every one of these remarkable moments, we’ve selected several of our favorites to highlight as we look back on another memorable year.
2023 was a banner year for The Trump Organization and I am so proud of our amazing teams and world-class properties. We will never stop pushing forward and we are so grateful that we can do what we love every single day. Hosting Major Events
In a year filled with thrilling golf events, the pinnacle of 2023 was none other than the LIV Golf Miami Team Championship at Trump National Doral. Set against the backdrop of the iconic Blue Monster course, the event brought together amazing players and talented teams in a thrilling battle for victory, made even more special by the triumphant win of our dear friend, Bryson DeChambeau, and the Crushers GC.
Preceding this grand finale was a series of remarkable tournaments beginning with the Aramco Team Series at Trump International West Palm Beach in May. The LIV Golf D.C. Tournament also took place in May at Trump National Golf Club Washington, D.C., breaking a record for the highest-ever attended U.S. LIV Golf event. The success continued with LIV Golf Bedminster at Trump National Bedminster in August, where the course received high praise from LIV's top players and Cameron Smith clinched a thrilling victory. The Staysure PGA Seniors Championship at Trump International Scotland was simply majestic—spectators were treated to stunning ocean views while our team delivered a unique and memorable Scottish experience for all in attendance. It was truly an honor to host such an impressive lineup of tournaments in 2023!

The Monumental Sale of Trump Golf Links at Ferry Point
The Trump Organization has a track record of selling assets at the right time for impressive profits. After setting a record with the sale of the former Old Post Office in Washington D.C. in 2022, our company made another highly notable deal in 2023 by selling Trump Golf Links at Ferry Point to Bally’s Corporation. This deal marked a milestone in golf history as the property was transformed into a top-rated golf destination within two years of being obtained by The Trump Organization and went on to earn many impressive awards prior to its successful sale.

New Endeavors
This year we embarked on countless new construction projects including the pre-construction of a new second course at Trump International Scotland, a full renovation of the clubhouse, pool facilities and fitness facilities at Trump National Jupiter, and many more exciting enhancements at the clubs in Bedminster, Charlotte, Washington D.C., Colts Neck, Doonbeg, and others. Additionally, The Trump Organization received preliminary approval to build approximately 1,500 large luxury residential units, commercial space, and retail on the front 56 acres of Trump National Doral, Miami. In New York, an iconic luxury brand signed a lease with us to take over a premium retail space, the former Niketown. This represents one of the most significant retail deals in Manhattan in years.
As we look ahead, we are thrilled to announce the expansion of the Trump Golf empire with Trump International Golf Club, Oman. This will mark the 19th golf property in the portfolio, and once completed, it will be one of the most beautiful and iconic coastal golf clubs in the region and beyond.

Likewise, on the retail front, our team at Trump Store continues to incorporate new and exciting products for our loyal customers. In fact, they are officially branching out into Trump Home, a collection of products intended to bring the luxury and decor of our properties into your homes. The reintroduction of all new scents in time for the holidays was a large project for the team as they continually seek to partner with American companies, a pillar of the business as they continue to source new products and produce locally. Trump Golf Summit
In March 2023, we held our annual Trump Golf Summit at Trump National Doral, bringing together the teams from our 18 golf clubs and resorts from all over the world. The 2-day summit was full of action with keynote addresses from industry leaders, professional golfers, and executives within The Trump Organization. Our theme this year was LIMITLESS. Every single day, we exemplify what it means to be LIMITLESS. We are constantly pushing the boundaries, we never ever settle. At Trump Golf, it is not “CAN this be done?” but “this WILL be done” and “what are we going to do next to be even greater?” Everyone in attendance left feeling passionate, inspired, and eager to put exciting new ideas into action, but more importantly, they left feeling proud to be part of our growing Trump Golf Empire.
